What you'd have
Data that only exists because people used it
Code can be rewritten. Years of real people using a product cannot. Here is what exists, how it is used today, and how it could be used.
Real coaching conversations
The message-by-message record of people working with the AI coach, from May 2023 to today, with engagement signals on each turn.
What it gives you
Longitudinal, real (not synthetic) coaching dialogue. With the right consent, the kind of material used to evaluate or improve how an AI supports people.
What makes this version different
- It spans more than three years of real use; an equivalent record can only be gathered by running a product that long.
- Consent is tracked per person: use for training is a separate, explicit opt-in, and memory can be switched off entirely.

What the coach has learned about each person
Structured insights drawn from those conversations (goals, patterns, strengths, triggers, preferences), each scored for confidence and relevance and used to keep coaching continuous.
What it gives you
A dense, already-organized layer of understanding, distinct from raw transcripts.
What makes this version different
- It is derived from real conversations over time, so it cannot be produced without them.
- Each insight is typed and scored, rather than stored as free text.

Account and lifecycle history
Every registered account since May 2023, with how people arrived, their trial and subscription history, and their engagement.
What it gives you
The material for retention modelling and understanding which channels bring the people who stay.
What makes this version different
- Three years of real acquisition and lifecycle history, tied to real product changes and spend.
- It counts people who registered; guest visits to the coach are counted separately and aren’t included here.

A content library
Hundreds of practice guides and educational concepts, plus generated articles, in seven languages.
