IX Coach exists to validate, through evidence, the idea that our values and gifts for supporting each other matter.

It’s an exploration of what it looks like when you take the learned experience, and even mastery of one individual, and you make it available at scale affordably to everyone through technology.

In this exploration, we hope to prove that your wisdom and earned experience are in fact valuable to other others when made easily available.

To do that we have taken a single individual who has 20 years of experience in learning, not just the theory, but in the practice of many distinct methods for personal development.

In practices ranging from psychological to coaching to spiritual.

And we have used their learned experience to attempt to synthesize a coaching modality that can be effectively delivered through automation.

If this succeeds it provides a foundation through which any coach could synthesize their unique voice, style, learnings and effectively share them with the world at a nominal cost such that the actual positive impact that one individual can have on one other person is effectively amplified to the scale of millions.

The experiment does not test only this one thing, rather it tests specific principles put into practice in somewhat of an orchestra fashion.

For example, in tandem with the work of synthesizing an automated expression of what it might look like to sit with a truly masterful coach, we actually believe that we can test the possibility of creating a company that is effectively as devoted to positive impact at scale as the most aligned nonprofits in the world, while still maintaining a system which generates enough revenue to grow on its own at scale.

Another example: we think that companies should treat you like a best friend would. Meaning the best possible friend that you could have, the kind of friend you could rely on if you were short on rent and needed a loan, or your heart was broken at two in the morning and would pick up the phone.

The kind of friend who, when you share your overwhelm, does not need to tell you to calm down, but can be with you in that moment and even share what they sense such that you might gain new insight into who you are in the world, who you are being in that moment, who you could be in facing whatever life is presenting, and even, potentially evoke or invite that, within you, which is unintimidated by the gravity of what you are facing.

Effectively, if we succeed, every person on the planet would eventually have access to that kind of support.

And extending from that foundation, we would hope to invite other gifted coaches, counselors, and spiritual teachers to collaborate with us such that we can take the unique brilliance of each person truly dedicated to having a positive impact in the world, and amplify their voices and impact to the scale of millions.

If this is successful, we will have proven that no company needs to sacrifice their values in order to make the rent.

We will have proven that no person on the planet needs to be left behind in order to allow them to be enough for the rest of us.

If we succeed, we will have created a force of nature, which would by virtue of engaging with it, evoke the clarity of intent that millions have when they take the time to introspect about who they want to be in relationship to whatever they’re facing.

And I would assert that the same principle, through which a masterful coach reminds someone they’re coaching of the gravity of that person’s actual brilliance — not theoretically, but in an embodied way, a felt sense of anchored-into-the-earth way, a connected-to-one’s-own-authentic-presence sort of way —

In the same way that this kind of moment exists, I would assert that if we succeed, every person on the planet will have access to it.

The question of how authentically true to yourself you can be will no longer be connected to the expensive coaches of the world, but will be a matter of choice where every person has the choice and they just get to decide if they want it.

That’s a small slice of the intent underneath what we are building with IX Coach.
